Kickbiking for 10,000 steps.

I have written before how my exercise regime is logged under the parameters offered by 10,000 steps

The advantage I've learnt from employing kickbiking/scootering is that I can trade up my steps by cashing in the time I spend on the kickbike. I can do that without having to put in the distance by dint of walking alone.

And its a much better workout than simply putting one foot in front of the other -- even if I'm, doing that with trekking poles.

So there's ways and means to cash up your activity on two wheels.
