Well that's it.
I am giving up kickbiking because age and ill health have moved upon me and made the dear creature not as accessible as it once was.
I need an easier lifestyle.
Hard to admit, I tell you, but I gotta face the physiological facts.
On the bright side I have many other things I do , many activities, so I'm not slagging off.
The transition nonetheless has prompted me to return to these pages as I negotiate what is a new beginning in lifestyle management.
