Health Wand-Shoulder & Back Flow Combination --- aka Jiangan.

Health Wands are another short staff eddy that has been resurrected from obscurity.
While not a martial art, the sticks are moved in similar mode when close to the body and serve great as warm-ups and stretches.
Ron Jones has synthesised a lot of information about the uses of these sticks. His online 'wand' channel on YouTube offers a good range of routines you can replicate.
